How it works
Haven pairs a wearable DSP device with a guided app. You tell it which sounds bother you — it softens exactly those frequencies, nothing else.
A guided test plays tones that rise slowly from quiet, with a large always-reachable stop button and a hard-coded 85 dB ceiling the app can never exceed. Find your sensitive frequencies safely.
Choose how many decibels a frequency band is reduced by — from a gentle dip to fully removed — instead of an all-or-nothing notch filter. Up to five bands at once.
One glance answers the only question that matters: protected, or paused. A breathing amber light on the home screen — nothing to configure to check.
